Guys… Her main goal in the first place was not to die as the side character maid. And it is still the same after she has become the side character princess. But in her own way she still cares for the kid.
She has zero reason to keep this up? No misunderstandings no secret goal. Her goal is his and she KNOWS this…dragging this out for can’t even be contributed to plot. It’s just stretching a thin story at this point.
