Trying to force the situation to follow what’s intended for the story doesn’t really guarantee going back to one’s world, even if it’s plain naivety. I know I would and I’m sure I would do everything in my power to complete the story and go back as fast as I can… Why are you calling her an idiot when what she wants is precisely to go back to her world? She wasn’t planning to fall in love or make the duke fall in love with her, she just want to finish the story and be gone!
