Well, I’ll happily be in the minority on this one and say this story is interesting, I like the ml, he’s brutal, powerful, loyal and smart. He has a terrible duty and the need for someone to do it would not disappear if he decided to stop. The bad guys would not stop, like a children’s game, if he said he’d had enough and wanted to go home for dinner. He acts like how I’d imagine someone would if they were brought up like that and put through all the things he’s gone through. The fl is cool too, a bit of a mary sue but not enough to be annoying and has real feelings, complicated feelings and I like that too.
Arsen is in love with Regina. I don’t think he’s as evil as they say. Regina needs someone who’s totally on her side and I think he just might be the one.
This is CLEARLY Stockholm Syndrome. No one bLuShEs (I still can’t believe she blushes in that moment?♀️) at the sight of their captor.
I still think Regina and Arsene’s relationship is forces by the author alone. Azadi had a better dynamic with Regina
