ngl it makes me feel just a liiiiittle sick that all these characters are hoping for regina to be happy. she clearly wasn’t happy being with arsene. yet we all know they’ll still end up together in the end. ? i feel like it’s just cruel for the author to write lines for other characters wishing for regina’s happiness… just for her to go back to what made her unhappy in the first place. like why make the ml so unlikeable then???
This is honestly frustrating ?♀️ Regina clearly wants nothing to do with Arsene while the latter continues to mistakes “love” with obsession. The same way, Isotta, the emperor and many others are mistaking Arsene’s anger for his “intense feelings” for Regina and I can already tell that after Regina is “saved” (*cough recaptured cough*) by Arsene, the rest of these characters are just gonna act as cupid to manipulate Regina’s feelings into thinking that Arsene loves her.

I’m also getting second male lead syndrome because honestly, what’s even likable about the main dude at this point? Is he gonna confess and she’s gonna say, oh okay! He threatened her and, if he hadn’t fallen in love, would’ve killed her, and yet he wants her to ignore that her life is in his hands and to get over it and love him back? No thanks.
