If this were historically accurate, the corset would have been perfectly fine. Tightlacing was always uncommon and everything you know about tightlacing is a fucking myth. No one actually fainted from corsets, drama and attention seeking were simply fashionable at the time, and this has been proven many times over. Additionally, even if one WAS tightlacing, it doesnt move or compress ones organs any more than pregnancy would.

I read in spoilers character development will take a while because author decided to take trauma realistically and we all know trauma is no joke. mental and physical abuse takes time to heal and they’re both really broken.
The question is why do you still at such a place ?! come on!! Anyone with a brain would had find a way to leave that place it would even help the guy since he would follow her or whatever, but she just do nothing at all (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻
