why is her neck so thick when she thinks “how uncomfortable”?

so the purpose of the marriage is to farm her blood. Its not a marriage that will benefit her but to suck her dry until she die.

Now I know why she is not like those famous female leads. It’s because she’s naive.

Actually a FL being naive is very, very common to the point where people have dropped manga/manhua/manhwa that features one. I don’t think this FL was naive as the things Rod is saying is more than obvious that it wasn’t a well-known secret. From her father drawing her blood (she could have been told it’s for health reasons) to the royal family wanting to use her (we know from the previous chapters that the CP actually does care for her, more than likely it’s probably the King and Queen who wished to use her).
And why would you believe anything that Rod is saying to her right now? He could be telling her half-truths to keep her with him. Her father could have been the one who wished to sell her blood and to keep control over her and her alchemy, he would expose her secret to a select few. No amount of money that the King would offer him would trump however much he could make from keeping his daughter to himself. And since she’s a powerful alchemist, if he played his cards right, she would have made him even more powerful than the King.
There are many different ways this could have gone so I wouldn’t call her plan to get rid of Rod and quietly marry the CP was being naive.
