I was like WTF.. But then I read about couvade syndrome or sympathetic pregnancy, it is a real thing but not exactly how it is conveyed here.. It doesn’t transfer the symptoms, it’s a psychological thing the guy develops it if he has empathetic feelings.. No matter what it’s a bit cringe and a lot funny… LMAO 🤣🤣

@Yoli_M, it’s an almost non-existent phenomenon. It’s not that common like you want to believe. I guess it can be romantic in a romance story, but reality is not that “magical”

@Amethys26 yeah, I get it. But this happens when a husband sees his wife “suffering” from pregnancy symptoms.
Pregnancy symptoms are not something that you can magically transfer to a man, and the woman suddenly doesn’t have any pregnancy symptoms anymore.
It’s absurd that FL here suddenly didn’t have pregnancy sickness anymore and the reason was because ML “took” her pregnancy symptoms? 💀 again, this is not how it works.

@springandsummer well its not, but strong feeling of sympathy did effect someone physicaly sometimes..not just abt sympathy.. basicly strong shared of feeling with someone could make you also experiencing the same physical discomfort as them
