In the NOVEL he had memories back next day after a nights rest basicly…..Although its downplayed here (less dark) but at point she nearly faints and gets sick due to stress with being pregnant……he was also alot ruder in his actions too….;He just counted on her being strong in every aspect wether it was body or mind..

So cutting him some slack cause he didt know of the pregnancy but its a grey area at best…….he did regret his actions when he found out but as it changed in this version probs wont see much of this

Its actually funny too all his schemes barely ammounted to nothing and she just locking them in that room got them exposed in a few days as alot of the servants where in on her plan
