Oh boohoo a grown ass man acting like that because he had a sad past and it’s excusable because he’s sooo traumatized. A character isn’t meant to be perfect but you know, there’s limits to awful actions you take because you’re so “innocent” and don’t know how to treat someone well. One thing is idk being an air head or just making some mistakes from time to time the other one is exposing a traumatized mother to healthy babies just when SHE LOST HER CHILD and even better; instead of apologizing, you forget her existence. He’s just trying his best right? He hurt her bc he’s not good with people so why did he treat Serena so well? The only decent character here is the og fl. She was never wrong

The ML is not the problem, the problem is that people is used to have 2d characters as ML, just to full fit some kind of strange fantasy. This is a broken ML that is trying to do his best, lacking in social skills, awkward and many time insensitive, but not a trash like some wants to believe. He doesn’t act the thing out of egoism, or bad intentionally, just doesn’t know what to do.
But the story, well the narrative, is kind of messy, sometimes feels rushed and sometimes feel like are missing chapters, plus the translation not help at all.
Im going to wait and see.

I read like 11 chapters and I don’t find it interesting. The male lead sucks and is literally an idiot, yet we’re made to believe he’s simply ‘misunderstood’ because he has mommy issues. The MC is quite boring, nothing about her really stands out. There’s no contrast between her and the OGwife, so they just blend in together.
The kids look exactly like her, her brother looks exactly like the OGfl, so I don’t know what the dynamic here is or if it’s waiting for some kind of plot-twist. It’s honestly all-around confusing.
I don’t really care for the soul-switch plot of MC’s dead siblings merging into the kids. It’s not like the kids know their past life, so it has nothing that makes it remotely intriguing to me.
May or may not get better later on.
This is a pass for me though ✌😗

@Rosemary_1 The souls of her siblings are in those kids. There was a mysterious figure that asked the FL if she wanted to see her siblings again, so she was sent to that world to meet them again. She wasn’t just projecting her siblings onto them. Also, as much as the FL sympathizes with the ogFL and can feel parts of her emotions, she never experienced that miscarriage herself. She never felt the full extent of the husband’s negligence. The ogFL may see those kids as her husband’s former childhood love’s kids, but to the FL they are just her siblings. She can’t just leave those kids behind with that trashy ML. And there’s no way she can protect herself and those kids alone if she does leave.

@MiscMech yeah but she just imagine them as her siblings like bruh~ the original girl was better I just hope she didn’t possessed her :/ of course kids deserve attention but like I would love someone else child that my husband likes! He didn’t even care when the og FL got miscarriage. Do you know how hurt to lose a child while baby sitting another woman’s child that her husband’s like :/ If that’s me I will plan to leave that mansion and try to save up a lot of money before divorced and cut ties with the no good family

The ml did what he did and in less than 20 chapters it’s like the fl is already forgiving him, falling for him AND HE’S ACTING LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED, like he wasn’t so in love with Serena that he FORGOT HE HAD A FUCKING WIFE, HE EVEN KEPT A GARDEN FOR SERENA WHILE HE FORGOT HE HAD A WIFE AND HIS FUCKING WIFE HAD A MISCARRIAGE )/:)3$:):$3$
