I’m still a little confused about why a whole *ss marquisette decided not to raise the children that would be their heirs, it’s def a conflict of interests to send them off to another family to raise. I mean, in reality that usually only happens if there is a marriage in the future between the two houses or a hostage taken as punishment for a wrongdoing.
Yeah he sucks but the kids deserve to be raised with love. I’d like to see less of him and more of her and the kuds. I’m surprised such an obsessed loser even let the kids be around the wife instead of keeping them to himself or accusing her of being jealous of them for getting his love.
My guess is the ML felt guilty about her wife’s situation and could not face her, but when he had the opportunity to bring her children he thought it could help her. We’ll see.
Strong contender for worst male lead award, honestly, I don’t know if I hate him or theodore from “to you who desire my despair” more. Maybe Theo since he’s more affront and lowkey violent, but Ainz is a real close second.

Fucking hell, the pg merhen was grieving the loss of the child she wanted, anticipated the arrival of, had loved before it could even be born and yet he has the gall to neglect her and spring up on her “hey, my former love died so I’m bringing her kids here, have fun”. Like fuck you, ainz.. now I kinda hope that she can fall for someone other than him so she can live a happy life without dealing with a partner that can’t even do the bare minimum.

@enig121598 I second that! It’s a relief that she reunites with her siblings, but I feel so bad for the original Merhen. She doesn’t deserve that kind of treatment at all!!! I really don’t like this type of ML, but I would love to read about the children and FL.

I feel really sorry for the real Mehran… she lost her child but her husband pulled such a cruel stunt on her! If anything, this could have all turned backwards on the kids, a mother dealing with the loss of her child and eventually having to take care of two unknown children— with a complicated background as well— can lead to unpredictable results😕
