Truly I am sorry but all I see when I read the series of last panels is that they both should be extremely stinky.
Blood smells a lot and they made a point of showing him sitting, waiting for her to wake up, covered in blood. I am assuming he has not washed at all. The same goes for her, she was unconscious for 3 days, then woke immediately in the same outfit and went on her little interrogation.
The Author should have at least shown her wash to quiet my imagination or even brush her mouth… geez!!
