I don’t think he killed the ogfl ,we could guess that she regretted what she did and thought that disappear was the solution while he is trying to prevent things to happen…..
Does the emperor remember the past? If so, did he reset things, or possibly even kill the OGFL? It would track if he regretted the war and came back to prevent it, so he disappeared the OGFL and made that vow with the army commander to stop it. Would also explain why he was thinking about the consequences of a war with the country when he first arrived. I kinda hope that he was the one who got rid of the OGFL after realizing she manipulated them all. Hard to see from his silly character, but it might be something he’s capable of if he had to kill siblings to become emperor.
