I knew that Duke is shitbag but to that extent that he even didn’t let his own child from meeting his own mother. Is he really a human or monster?
Fl is stupid, I’m saying this from starting ch and i see no character development from her for a long time. She is that stupid and clueless that she didn’t even suspect it. She knows that Duke hate him and abuse him. Doesn’t her mind crossed with these thought that Duke is pulling some string.
Every stupidity and cluelessness have limit but fl crossed it.
She has no major impact in the story even though she is mc. She give vibes of side character seriously.
This is mind-boggling. Isn’t Damien a frickin HAWK?? How much effort would it take to write a note and ask him to deliver it to Lucian? Although the duchess is coming out of it, she still has a long way to go. Who TF waits until their child looks EMACIATED before making sure they are eating well?? And I CAN”T with the duke. A grown assed man is stealing mail from his child. I get why Rachael is quite stupid because she is an abuse survivor. She has only a tiny clue about what healthy family relationships look like.
This doesn’t make sense. Imagine your package didn’t get delivered. You would at least think “Did they deliver it to the wrong address?” And if it keeps happening for half a year, you would at least have realized that someone is stealing your packages or not being delivered AT ALL. FL knows that the Duke is trying to create a rift between her and the ML (Duke told her to not get too close with ML at the beginning of the story), but she just ignores it? This is what I mean by idiotic authors who created quantity not quality. So disappointed because the original idea had much potential

Wow. Lazy writing. At least include a believable reason that they wouldn’t try any alternative means of communication before deciding that their friend hates them now. Especially for the reincarnated FL. It makes me feel like the rest of the story is gonna be stupid if the author is this lazy.
I just hope that stupid father of Lucian gets adequately chastised. I’m sick of people chiding Lucian or Rachel for their lack of connection or whatever obstacle they face. If anyone wishes to berate someone, it should definitely be Lucian’s father because no matter how you look at it, he’s the root of the problem. Victim blaming or unjustified scrutinizing is not tolerated 🙅
