Rachel is stupid. She knows the kidnappers identity but she tried to hide it for some stupid reason and now because of that stupidity she will be away from Lucian for 7yrs.
Why is she so stupid. She is such a useless character. She had some goal to help Lucian. And now I think is all things is just useless. She is character that no major impact on story but author her mc with no major impact. She gives vibes of just a side character.
I agree with you @Mehirr2 it’s unfair to treat your only son like that because he never achieve the love he wants … He is stupid as hell…. I don’t care about the father’s love life, I care about the ML’s love story … I hope the duchess find her own happiness once this bastard of a husband/ father died …. Can’t wait to see him die 💩💩💩

@Xiangg – Sorry but you should not feel sorry for the father. Like at all. If you recall, he only adopted Rachel because she’s the daughter of his only love. He also pushed Rachel to call him “daddy”. There isn’t anything redeemable about him. In fact, I am not 100% sure (with the OGstory) he has been treating Rachel as a substitute for his love and the FL is aware of this but being a child and female, she had no other choice but to be in the same house.
Well instead his father i more resent his grandfather bcs i feel his father a victim too just its not told in detail if his father as the mc i think the point of view will change so we can understand the duke feeling
