I don’t know they translated, but I think that knife is Carl. If you substitute knife for Carl it makes more sense. And yes Fiona is asking what he would do if she was partly responsible for the death of her mother and aunt (as she is the author of the novel)

I was commenting on how the last couple of panel translations can be misconstrued to the opposite of what it was supposed to mean. Fiona thinks she is at fault for everything in this world. So she asks Carl, if she was also a target for his revenge what would he do?
I give up, I hate Hari’s comment system. It’s just so stupidly janky.

Ok, this is a terrible translation there for the ending. Fiona is offering to be his “knife”, because she also has a valid reason of revenge. Why? Because Fiona ultimately feels guilty and feels as though she is at fault for what happened to him. Since she’s the one who wrote it to happen that way.
