From my understanding, there are two dimensions, she was reborn and teleported herself to the cat dimension which is parallel to the human dimension so they both exist at the same time. I think Licht has a human twin that was born without magic, so once he found out a human in his dimension had magic, he probably tried to harvest it so that he can go to or hurt the cat dimension because he wasn’t like his brothers…. Is my cliche of a guess.
