Also, I’m sure she has regressed a number of times after dying and thats how she has come up with such solutions. She is sacrificing her own sis in a ritual to pass on the fate/curse/disease to her. And I’m sure there is mind and memory manipulation at work as well.

Yea i think she might be spiking that medicine to make her sister sicker so she will die & make her live tbh she is sus asf tbh the other one is just to trusting to take that medicine without question even after noticing she aint getting better & keeps getting worse 🤨🤦🏻♀️
