Okay.. here’s what I understood from this chapter:
-> fl was a kind lady with lots of love to give but she traded her soul with the witch due to unknown reasons (probably because of her parent’s debt or something) and hence her soul got transmigrated to another world , which she thought was her original world.
->and what was left of her in this world, was a puppet kinda body. As we’ve read in another mangas like “guide to the lotus prince” where the sould travels to another world and the body is left with a puppet kinda mode. A blank canvas kinda thing? Anyways…
-> the curse of the witch got lifted up with time and hence she travelled back to her original world which she read through the novel.
-> in conclusion, the one that ML loved and loves is her and her only.
