Seeing this, I strongly believe that the black-haired marquis cannot actually be the main male lead. He just now murdered someone in cold blood, and quite cowardly too – an opponent who was bowing his head and couldn’t fight back…
I am getting quite annoyed with the author for putting the female lead under constant danger by her “lover”. There is no logical reason for the villain to be so fixated on the female lead; and he basically only falls for her all of a sudden BECAUSE she is the female lead of this story 🙁
But this also kills off the whole isekai-idea, which would usually enable the protagonist to use her knowledge to her advancement in order to actively plan for the future – instead she gets reduced to a victim of unforeseen foul play over and over again who is forced to bumble through all the dicey events unscathed 🙁
