Yeah you could say that Regina is the unfortunate example how realistic if all those brainless naive FL will really turn out without the luck and plot armor to help them. So very easy to die and live unfortunate life. Most story FL really is very frustrating and the thing that made them survive long enough and get happy ending is luck and plot armor. The realistic FL really struggles to get where she want to even with the help of luck.
