   omg, I haven’t had so much fun reading a story in a long while now. this is so entertaining!!! granted the plot is a little wacky and out there, but I really enjoy the original world building and how the author makes sure that everything makes sense, even amongst so much chaos.
   .
   now, I’ll be up-front: this story is for the bisexuals & open minded people. just below my review there’s an example of a closed minded person and of course they didn’t enjoy the way things went. To be clear, the story uses the genderbent trope, as in FL disguises herself as a male because of plot circumstances. Now, I usually don’t really like this trope because it’s usually used to highlight misogynistic aspects, either societal (woman is inferior than man bc of the medieval setting) or otherwise. But, that’s not what’s happening here. Inside this crazy prison everything goes, and with the addition of magical elements it basically equalizes men and women in most aspects. It’s rather fascinating, actually. Because of that specifically, and also bc FL is so nerfed (I LOVE that she’s so overpowered from the get go) I think the author handled the whole genderbent aspect brilliantly, and it comes out as entertaining and fun, rather than there to create cheap drama. This also has to do with the fact that ML realizes on his own he’s romantically interested in FL, before he really knew she was a woman. He comes to terms with it, and there’s plenty of scenes in which it plays out almost as a BL, except the domineering one in the relationship is the FL.

   I personally think the highlight of the story really is that aspect, that FL is domineering and bossy and as she says “not right in the head” but not cruel or callous. It’s really interesting how there’s an inversion of personality traits from the usual, specially bc ML is the blush-y, and turns out clingy type (despite not looking it one bit at first lmao).

   if u are the conservative kind of person this is not for you. but otherwise I’d definitely recommend at least giving it a go. On top of being super fun and interesting, the art is beautiful, the characters (specially the main characters) are flashed out and it’s developing really well, with an engaging plot and well-connected subplots. The translation is also pretty decent, despite some chapters being questionable. Overall it’s really different, and I’m so excited we are finally stepping out of the rip-offs zone.

   Literally the only thing I don’t like this is her being dominant/making him gay lol
   My taste in manhwas are different than most so keep in mind this is just an opinion.
   That said it has a decent amount of humor and suspense, definitely a one shot genre.
   I also find it funny how like half the characters who are prisoners in this awful horrible prison did either minor crimes or were out right framed 😭 easy way out writing style to ensure that the characters who are the most likable stay likable

      @hunaro you are talking about Lightning-Kun right that’s how the person is she doesn’t have joy in life I don’t know why she cannot just say that she does not just like it but no she will write a 400 word essay comments on why she does not like it when she can just simply say I don’t like this manhwa or it’s not my type😒

   This is one of those typical wherever FL is ML somehow ends up there she helps him he fell in the process after getting out of hellish place they reunite again he chases her she acts like dense fool, at that moment author brings another 2nd ML some lame drama also og FL then after drama they confess end up together the end.

    FL – hardcore DR fan, knows the novel inside out, from the modern world.
    .
    The story and characters
    FL – pathetic, stupid, dense, dumb, all muscles no brain, can’t keep her hands to herself, bet she doesn’t behave the same way with her teammates like what she does to ML, act all clueless after saying stupid things, dense.
    ML – ended up in the wrong genre, was supposed to be in BL harem world but landed in rofan, gets easily impressed by FL, weakling for now unlike usual typical MLs… he fell hard for FL cuz he was attracted to her strength and powers.
    Side characters – filtered based on looks ugly = creepy + pathetic + clueless + weak + there to be the puchbags for leads and for the sake of adding filler chaps… + their fate = eat puches cry and never appear again.
    Decent looking ones but nowhere near the main characters – FLs allies + powerful + loyal to her + look upto her + dense fools + but can never outshine her.
    .
    So far it’s meh not impressive.
