The Knight Noah found her but he left for a bit of time to get food for her and she left the place she supposed to wait for air cause she has asthma and that’s where her older brother found her

Somehow, she was brought to the house on the same day by the elder brother, thinking that she’s his missing sister (who actually being kidnapped or something).
That’s probably why she thought that the elder brother was the one who saved her on chapter 4 (well, he did bring her to the house).
I don’t know if the elder brother actually know she’s not the real one or not, since he’s the one who bring her to the house.
He probably saved her when she first came to this world, then something might have happened and they took her to that house thinking she was the original, and she woke there so she thinks she was reincarnated there (not a spoiler, it’s just my guess!!)
