So I hate this FL, she been so smart and like 100% of stories that the parents love their children and can fix anything by opening their mouth. She already discovered like 20-40% of the stuff and lies but she said nothing because besides been smart, she’s also dumb and a hypocrite
his parents are trying very hard not to look that gift horse in the mouth and also ten bucks says they think the temple set the fire as an assassination attempt, but they’re too scared of the temple’s authority to go looking for evidence to prove it. they can’t bring a case against them in court even if they find evidence. so the best answer is just not going looking for it in the first place and pretending you didn’t see anything.
