maybe this isn’t the time but I really appreciate how the duke and duchess actually have a personality and love each other in a way that isn’t the duchess being dead and/or the kind women who brought joy to everyone who ever lived and the duke isn’t like a cold duke who has the personality of a piece of soggy wet cardboard
Objectively, I get it, but yeah…that’s not something to easily make up for. And while I too believe our girl should be observed for monster traits, I do not like that calculativeness!
