   This is so fucking generic… Another Typical FL who is in a contract marriage in order to achieve her goal but falls in love somewhere in the middle… And because this contains magic & fantasy, they are going to blame everything bad on the supernatural and the royal family.

   I’d absolutely recommend this manhwa, since the story is interesting, often funny, and the art is beautiful.
   There are a lot of quirky scenes whenever the female lead plays the innocent super-naive damsel who pretends to have fallen in love with the male lead in order to marry him, or whenever she fools other people. And her attempts to get closer to the young son of the male lead are cute and heartwarming.
   On the other hand the manhwa sometimes gets a bit dark, because the female lead is actually terminally ill and is in a hurry to find the cure (the time stone) in the male lead’s mansion, otherwise death will await her. This is also the reason behind her unlicensed monster-hunts and a thieves guild she has founded.
   Aside from that the female lead has also regressed in time and wants to save the son of the male lead from a tragic fate, and of course she aims to prevent other tragedies too, plus she has to deal with love rivals and a lot of other things.
   The only downside of this manha is the male lead – he’s a rigid dunce who hunts unlicensed hunters without a care for their circumstances.
   He also has chased women away who had taken care of his son 🙁 And even after the female lead saves his son’s life, the male lead still distrusts the female lead (for all the wrong reasons). Plus he’s also a walking cliché: the all-too typical dark-haired, unmarried, emotionally cold and battle-hardened Duke.
   Actually, I also dislike that he’s already obsessed with finding or even killing the female lead in her disguised form as an unlicensed hunter from the very start of the manhwa. This makes it seem highly unlikely that he doesn’t realize at all that the woman he gets married to is the same “criminal” he has been hunting…

      At chapter 45 now, I have to add that the stupidly oooh-so-dramatic scenes with needless inner conflicts have been piling up, and they get really annoying in time, because they don’t even make much sense … and most of them are the fault of the dumb male lead.
      Everyone has a super sad past, even the happy-go-lucky female lead. She’s not only terminally ill after regressing in time, she was also kidnapped by an evil group when she was young and enslaved for years together with others who were forced to do crimes during all this time.
      The “female lead and male lead have already met in the past”-trope also makes its appearance in this context. It is revealed that the male lead did not help the female lead to escape the criminal group when she asked for help.
      The guiding-thread through this story should be the female lead’s search for a cure to her terminal “illness” that was caused by time regression.
      However, this super important search hardly ever plays a part in this manhwa 🙁 Once or twice the female lead says she has already searched the castle for the time stone in vain, but she has tons of other thoughts in her heads and many other things to do, even though her heart even seems to hurt occasionally and should tell her how urgent this matter is :/
      The male lead still is the biggest downside to the whole story, and this doesn’t even change when he finally falls for the female lead. It rather gets worse, like when he blames her for “making him” feel jealous, or when he acts aggressively upon finding prepared divorce papers although he initially had agreed to divorce and was the one who kept telling her that he plans to throw her out…
      I don’t get how authors could ever think that a man with such a nasty personality makes for a desireable male lead?
