To be clear, yeah, he did awful things, but while they don’t have to forgive him, she did accept his apology. He even swallowed his pride and apologized and bowed his head to his brother to get her to accept his apology. He hasn’t done anything bad since then. She has decided ahead of time that he will always be an awful person. She is literally trying to entrap someone who has made improvements and for actions that he apologized for. FL unintentionally led him on. FL rejected him. FL insulted him to his face when he was being sincere. Maybe reflect on yourself rather than continuing from here to try to ruin his life. I feel like a Killian apologist here, but damn, the kid is starting to become the story’s punching bag.

Y’all are harsh. He wasn’t particularly scummy this time. He thought she forgave him, tried to woo her with the roses, confessed, and asked her to date (frankly with less force and coercion than I often see from the ML of manhua.) He even made it clear that this wasn’t an affair or even a secret thing being willing to try to call off his forced-upon-him engagement. He didn’t hit her, threaten her, or even yell at her until she had already started intentionally riling him up. Even then he seemed more embarrassed and confused since he legitimately thought she knew about the roses and had some interest. TBH, FL is the bad guy here and I don’t know what on that recorder could be incriminating.
