Ml is 100% forgivable based on these novel spoilers even if u think he dont deserve it looking atit from his pov it makes sense the way he acted and it not like he niglected her whenever she was sick of something ml took care of her she just thought every nice thing he did was a dream
And also it’s so obvious that the other guy likes her. She should just reject him politely instead of just going along or keeping quiet. It will only hurt him more later. Ik since he is the second lead so no one cares for his feelings but I like more than ml. His character and nature are a lot lot better than the ml. But since as always the fl is into jerks so obv she will never up with him.

She is really weird. Playing hot and cold whenever she feels like it. One time, she and him are blushing creepily and other time she is getting angry. Either completely give in or just reject him altogether. At this point, I feel like the story isn’t progressing. Just the ml and fl playing with each other
I believe he acted indifferently during their marriage to protect her from the Korean authorities seeing her as a weakness to control him. If he tells her it might make her look at him in a new light
