I think is Charlotte who has a split personality disorder or something like that she is like a dangerous yandere kinda type and extreme obsessed… She killed the girls who also liked Elle thinking perhaps she is the only one who can love and possess Elle 🤔 also because the little brother is scared of her and prefer the bodyguard…
If I guess who he is, then by assuming when Antonio said that he saw a ghost in his own house. And Charlotte said she, her younger brother, Duke and that white hair guy and maid live in the mansion.
And by combat ability, white hair dude is only person living in that house and Duke won’t do that this personally.
So all this murder was done by that Charlotte bodyguard(white hair dude).
