@KaoruSeta Look, I totally understand and agree with where you’re coming from, and I commented here because I was hurt—it still hurts when I reread this chapter. I understand that the original FL was a slut, a bitch, etc., but from the moment the current FL transmigrated into her body, she has been doing everything she possibly can.
The truth is, there was never really a bond between them, and I’m only now coming to terms with that. It was all lust, and I shouldn’t have had such high expectations for the ML from the start. He only wanted her for his own purposes. He used her–he got his divine beast and pretended to be madly in love with her until the time came to truly prove his loyalty.
I understand that to the outside world, no one knew Belita had changed; they still saw her as a slut and a bitch. But he knew better. I desperately wanted him to believe in her innocence when nobody else did. I truly wanted that.
And about trauma—let’s be honest—he didn’t really have that much trauma caused by the original FL, as per your beliefs. Yes, she lashed out at him on their wedding night, and to take revenge, she slept around (not that I’m justifying it; she was and is wrong, but that was the OG FL for you). But he went to war, never cared about her, and didn’t want to. Then, one afternoon, he suddenly decided he should kill her, but when the time came, he didn’t. Why? Just because she said she was his wife? That doesn’t even make any sense (and that’s why I said, now I’m coming to terms with the fact that the story never really had any depth; it was just ridiculous from the start, and I shouldn’t have expected anything great from the ML).
And then, after all of fl’s efforts for him, he only accepted her after much hesitation.
I understand why you took my comment so seriously, but I really wanted him to trust her when she needed it the most. That’s all. However, if my comment genuinely upset you, I apologize. I don’t like upsetting anyone.

@Sirgen trashy ml for what? For not trusting a slut? For not trusting the person who has literally been cheating on him and doing things behind his back? Only fl knows that she has transmigrated. To others, she’s the same person who has just changed. And to them who doesn’t know that the soul have changed, to them fl could go back behaving like slut og soul soon. Why are you completely ignoring and denying ml’s trauma that og soul has given? Let’s not forget the story literally began with ml thinking about killing og soul because of her deeds. Had fl not transmigrated and try to escape og soul’s lover and stuff, she wouldn’t have survived. Ml and other needs an explanation that fl isn’t og belita for them to completely trust fl. To them fl is just the og belita who has decided to change on a whim and can go back to her slutty wicked ways anytime. And ml is one of the victim of og belita hence it’s gonna further more difficult for him to completely trust her because like shown in this chapter there’s always gonna be doubt in ml’s heart because of trauma og belita has caused. Sure fl took over belita’s body and made the relationship with ml better but for ml who doesn’t know fl and og belita is different, to him she’s same slutty belita who just decided to change but for what? Neither ml nor anyone knows. It creates more doubt and suspicion because to them og belita might have just went back to her wicked ways because they don’t know that fl has taken over the body. You’re just being unreasonable.
