Everybody is either blaming ML or FL. I’m blaming the writer. Everything has gotten so ridiculously fast-paced in this Astelle vs. The World on hard mode plot that nobody’s motives or plans are properly established. Instead what we got is a stupidly OP villain in Duke Reston who apparently has people everywhere without anyone noticing. ML really needs his infoand spy network. Also why is the Duke suddenly interested in Theor? What was this kidnapping scheme supposed to achieve?

Astelle has so many enemies, that make the matter so complicated. How in the world will she be able to recover, when the Emperor is not on her side either.
I am so mad at ML, if he was determined to divorce her the next day, why he sleep with her. Like he didn’t know she could get pregnant…. Just WTF!!! He should be punished for divorcing and throwing out woman that was pregnant with royal child!!! It’s so maddening that i can’t take it anymore
How are you going to charge her with hiding the emperors child when he was the one that kicked her out. What was she supposed to do, go crawling back to him after that bs in hopes he’ll love and treat her child better than her at least? He’s scum anyways for sleeping with her and then throwing her out the next day. Its almost like he knew he was going to kick her out but at the very least he wanted to lay claim on her virginity before sending her out all alone and abandoned
The beginning of the story is a little foggy, but really its like 80% FMCs fault. Yeah she hates her dad, but how she gonna blame ML for his distrust of her family? That’s how you get lose-lose situations like this. If he aint (which he is) it’s a lie, and because he is, it’s essentially royal kidnapping on FMLs part. I’m not saying ML isn’t at fault either, just that when it comes to the lives of children, she’s handled this so irresponsibly.
Her father is a monster and I’m so sick of the red head attendant. STFU! He is always doing the most for what? To feel good about himself? And this is all the kings fault. I really hate that he’s the ML.
