He also said to Izek that he look more like his mother than Ellen. Meaning if he do useless actions he will regret like “her”.
Bruh….the dude just see Izek as the futur king.
And who does he think he is to give people advice in couple relationship. I remember he married a slave from a foreign country and even promoted her as a queen. Uugh He is stupid like Sovieshu
In conclusion, that was just my point of view. People relationship are complicated
I did in the beginning. I don’t hate him. I think he genuinely cared for her and tried his best but didn’t understand and it wound up hurting her more. I am thinking that there is something that we don’t know just like how Ruby is being judged and told that she isn’t enough, I think the same things happened to the mother. I don’t think he would say those things to her. Someone else had to have been whispering negative things to her maybe the maid or someone else, and it caused her to act out and he didn’t understand or believe her just like how Is didn’t understand or believe before.
But now he does, just that the father wasn’t able to figure out what was happening like Is did. Basically I think history is repeating itself, but he is more concentrated on Ruby and believes her so it won’t happen again.
i wanted to ask u guys one question. Do u hate Duke Omerta (Iz and ellen father) for pushing his wife to suicide ? i want your thoughts on this matter.
Well, in the novel, on this part Ellen asked him the same question, and Izek replied: “there was someone more important there I wanted to protect.”
If you remember, on the part when Freya got ‘poisoned’ monsters started to appear, that’s because the thing she drank the shit with the magic stone attracted monsters, Izek pushed Ruby away so she wouldn’t get Freya’s blood on her (since her blood had the same effect after she drank it.)
The reason why Izek looked so ‘scary’ was because Ruby saw him as a bad person.

2) Her powers with monsters

5) Why is Cesare soo obsessed with Ruby and ain’t hesitating to torture her ?
6) What happened to the poachers who saw Ruby ? Did they get killed ?
