1) In this chapter Izek literraly said that he wasnt that close to Freya. He and Ellen knew her like 10 years but he never got any romantic feelings for her. Heck she ain’t even a friend. Even in the temple incident he first thought of saving ruby and dont let Freya spit her blood mixed with magic stone in her because that will attract monsters.
2) So that must mean that freya has been desulional all this time, lol. And yet people even believed they were close just because he tolerated her. She aint even his fiance nor do i think they got married in the novel after OG Ruby died. what on earth is making her believe she can be his wife if he divorce Ruby ? Bruh…
at least they are finally having direct conversations. having said that was izek really listening?? izek gets to ruminate (yet again, literally copied and pasted from previous (beautifully drawn) chapters) about the past but glosses over the fact that ellen’s present is being yanked out from under her.
like finding out the people you chose to trust are liars and have been using you as a shield? and it’s either you shield them at least one more time or watch them cut down by your brother? … ellen 😭
Is it the chapter short or is it me who so fast to read cause I got to excited haha, any way I hope to Freya get a punishment that she deserve for framing Rubi all this time… I’m happy to see that Isaac trying to rebuild the relationship with his sister Ellen…
