Y’all really shows that some people doesn’t understand what “trauma” is. I have been living for the past 10 years of my life with a trauma that I cannot moved on. I understand the FL’s pov and feelings and I even cried at some point because trauma/abuse, you cannot get over with that without proper treatment. Some people doesnt recover from it and some that are lucky takes years to heal. Y’all should just keep your mouth shut if you can’t understand the FL’s pov and what the writer is writing. Smh
We almost 60 chapters in and she still hasn’t worked toward getting over her past life or the early trauma of this life , even though she knows who not to trust she still following along with freya schemes know that she don’t like her. She won’t tell them that her family is abusive even though the duke shows he don’t really like her family. Sometimes she’s so frustrating this is her life she should work on being happy she’s not next to them and she can refuse letters she doesn’t have to go to the temple she can renounce her family but she enjoys staying in her tryna suffering even when solid ppl are her helping and keeping her safe. The duke don’t play bout her but she still doubts him , where her character growth,
