Does it not deserve this? If the book is aimed at adults and has adult content, entirely rational the drawn version would too.
It’s not required, as you say, but it feels like a letdown for those who expect to see it followed closesly. This is also a valid opinion, and people are not wrong to be disappointed by it.

Guys, I would like to see what whas at te novel too, and I think that it was better too, but we have to remember that not only it was longer (not that is a problem), most of time novels aren’t written the same ways manhwas are, and there are things that we “can” describe in novels that in a manhwa it would be a scandal/R19+ and it would be extremally problematic to the auth. It would be the best? Yes. I probably would be weeping my a** out? Probably. But even so, I just love this story/manhwa and I’m still hyped af. Thats it! Sorry my lame english :*

I still take issue with the fact Ruby is completely unharmed when everyone else is looking horrified; it makes no sense. Izek is STILL bleeding from his fight; why does she not bleed?
It’s already a story about pseudo-incestuous, obsessive brother, psychological trauma and torture, and shows all these things directly… but giving her an injury to the face is too much?

The novel had so much emotion so much action with the ml and fls brother fighting climaticly bashing each other’ all over the room rubys head being fuzzy with the injury’s she had suffered and recalling her moments with Izek and thinking about her life later like she was going to die and still went to stop isek because of her love for him and isek saw ruby at her worst injured full of scars damaged both mentally and physically but still loved her as always but here it’s not nearly the same rushed as hell and cannot nearly compare to the novel🫤
Man, that’s disappointing as hell. Considering the long build up and what a huge turning point this is meant to be, I was expecting something much better as well.
Ceasar did more abuse after pushing ruby.
He went towards her, grabbed her arm so hard that his nails were digging to her skin.
Ruby was severely injured from the shattered mirror, causing blood to drip from her arms.
Ceasar grabbed ruby’s hair and dragged her, making ruby feel like her skull was being pulled.
She was also lossing focus, and her head was bleeding to the point that she was able to taste the blood.
I feel that they failed to deliver this scene. I actually thought that ruby’s head would be really bloody and her skin injured from the broken mirror or something since it was depicted like that in the novel.
Oh well…. I guess it’s okay, it just lacks impact because this was supposed to be the climax of the arc in the story.
