It’s the king fault, because he isn’t even giving the queen love like he does to the concubine,and the queen can’t have a harem like the king so wether she likes it or not she has to be with him regardless of what,so it’s understandable that she acts that way, and I’m not saying what she did was right I’m saying is not fully her fault.
