old times women were treated badly like property FL knows yet seeks stupid divorce, FL is very dumb & I like ML so much the story is not bad because of him, and CPs behavior doesn’t even make any sense, is he bragging to show duke down or he is pleased to be pursued by FL? either way that’s not how someone who hates a person acts…… clearly ofc there is too much b/w CP & ML which I get, but why is this FL acts so clueless despite reading novel + experiencing stuff during divorce strategies
Yeah, I agree putting them to jail seems dumb and a waste of money and resources. Maybe they’re trying to do like what happened to Dany from game of thrones when Khal Drogo died. She had to stay trapped with the other windows. Maybe something like that?
@Eveaustria, women used to considered property. If a rich woman ran away, she was usually branded insane and locked away in a prison for the insane, which was just as bad as any other prison.
