1. The husband seems to really neglect her, even if inside he really does love her he doesn’t show it well
2. It’s very much probably that the settings of this story is a very female shouldn’t speak up and complain society if you get what I’m saying
3. Ur right I’m hoping to see some character growth and development for both of them, and I don’t think I’ll be disappointed since the first chapter really interests me
Seems like all her misery is all her fault for not speaking up or doing things that she would want to do along with the things that she had to do for all those years.. and no character growth in that, not even a little to do something for herself. I wouldn’t be able to blame the husband if she is like that. Because of this, her misery seems so shallow and she comes off a little bit shellfish in important bits to me (its fine being selfish.. just in the important bits.. like it seems she has no love for her children and her people, they are just people around her and she just did what she thought she had to do) and i can’t feel bad for her :c I want to, but i can’t. It’s obvious that the husband really cared for her if not loved her by the way he came running back to her bed from the battlefield and refusing to marry another woman and was upset that she didn’t spend money for things that wanted to do or have.. and she had indicated that she did not send word to him that her life was about to be end/her health turned for the worse. Another sign that she did not try to reach out for their relationship bonding times or do anything for herself. Just sits and wonders and dont do anything. And obviously there were signs that he liked her and she didnt do anything with it. She see’s him as just another person to take care of and not as a husband. Please Marry Me Again, Husband! seems like maybe it would be a better story telling than this one. Really, she should blame herself and not him.
Asking for a divorce on the death bed is a bit funny actually, but i wish it was with a better way to portray it.
… i feel bad for this review of the first chapter… i don’t want to share this because someone worked hard to make a story.. but criticism can also helps to improve if it’s imperviable or needed in future projects.. or see in a differnt point of view. .. also it seems i wrote a lot and i don’t want to erase it xDD
no no no… not criticism for the work.. with all those words i said, it all comes down to just that i don’t like MC. The story is probably written well. xD but i’m glad there are people who are enjoying it. Just the MC is not for me as they say.
