I think our FL was born with albinism, I know of even people from African tribes have got it, they are not many though but, in this case, it’s perfectly possible that a lady in a distant tribe can get it too. Now, that it would have been amazing that the author would have given her physical atributes from a “normal” tribe person, like black hair and tan skin, yes, it would have been fabulous but, I like this physique they have FL as well, after all, albinism is a minority that’s barely ever represented in other media, I’m glad that in manhwa it’s a common occurrance (both in male and female leads).
Look up vs watsonian vs doylist explainations. You’re giving an in-universe excuse, but odds are, the creator just didn’t want a FL with skin darker than cream.
If you want to make the fl from a tribal island then atleast make her look like that even a bit. Her fair skin, grey hair and pink eyes feel so odd infront of the people she grew up with.
