I’m so uncomfortable with the fact that she’s falling in love with this guy. I mean, yeah, he’s feeling guilty NOW about literally using her blood for his and his faction’s benefit (and how his negligence led to her getting cut up and bled out by abusive servants) but LOVE? Seriously? She’s in love with him?
That ain’t love, that’s dependence, a desperate seeking for any positive attention after a lifetime of negligence and abuse. And she’s seeking this from a man who has and is using her. Smh. Girl, at this point, even the goblin guy would be a better choice.
