Yeah, I agree. I was vibing till that scene 🫠 but I’m gonna close my eyes for now and see how it progresses, cuz it was all genuinely funny and cute EXCEPT for that one particular detail (which as bad as it is, it’s one thing, one scene). Where do I start.
It starts out as goofy. She tries the whole disgusting disrespecting herself to make him hate her which is problems uno, and then guess what else they do,
They add an attempted rape scene. Not by the ml mind you, but his aide who somehow gets off scott free?? Like how?? How?? Why?? Fr author make more sense. There is no way I’d be chill as a girl if someone attempts rape me and be like “oh I just want you to survive or whatever”. I’d at the very least kick somewhere hard and never talk to him again, but the super possessive ml lets it slide?? Not to mention she’s chill with one on ones with the almost rapist?? Like fr?? Not even one star if zero was an option I’d press it believe me.
