Clearly we have very different perspectives since I think that could be very normal, slow burn, I mean. And it could add to it that they live in this sort of “historical” manwha where the culture might be more chaste, less sex education etc. But, as I said, this is just my perspective haha
In defense of the ML I think he actually did the right thing here, even if it came out a bit wrong. The FL and ML are in a contractual relationship so for them to consummate the marriage is probably not expected for a few years if at all. Usually in this genre smut is pushed to happen in these situations because the wife could lose her position if marriage is not consummated. Clearly the FL will not be in trouble for not doing it with ML so there’s no point in pressuring her into it. Not to mention that the ML is clueless about women and has never properly socialized so of course he doesn’t know how to go about it the right way. At least he has the sensibility to know that telling her the truth would only put pressure on her. But seriously guys, communication….
This guy is so annoying! How about trying to get closer and aim for kissing at first, not just thinking about going all the way and worrying about getting rejected for it? And what about our female lead? She “won’t give” up trying … try what exactly? Does she even have any kind of goal at all?
