The culprit behind the painting incident could be aiming for different targets.
One,
Would be the count.
Two, the prince.
And the third target would be Rosaline.
So,
The one behind it could be either Rosaline’s uncle, Tybalt or Romeo depending on who they are targeting
It could be purely political, dilue to a personal grudge or a romantic rivalry.
I’m still not convinced about the incident being caused by her uncle.
It could also be Tybalt or Romea.
I think he visits Verona undercover more often than not.
Either he has always been in love with Rosaline, but had to take a detour to Juliet under an order to give a blow to her family.
Or he has realized his true feelings after spending a few years with Juliet.
What is certain is tharlt he is fooling Juliet to keep her away from Verona, either for his own sake or due to a political motive.
Tybalt could secretly be in love with Rosaline as well, but he isn’t one to give in to his sentimental side.
Yet, he could be doing this to stop their relationship.
He seems eager to gain Rosaline’s favor despite what’s everyone is thinking about him.
Hope he doesn’t turn hostile towards her when utterly rejected.
I don’t hate him as of yet, but have no idea who he really would turn out to be!!
