Okay guys I’ve fought trough this and I must say…. I’m conflicted.
They made the boy the ml, which is just wrong. I had hopes till last but after the 8 year time skip, it was basically over with that. People in the comments are saying it’s not that wrong, cause he never saw her as a mother BUT HELL IT IS. Cause she always called him “her baby” or “her child” even after he grew up, so her getting romantically interested in him would be just WRONG.
Now the story. It has a lot of potential, if we leave out the romance part. The thing with the dark magic and her accepting lots of disciples is pretty cute, but I just hate her attitude about events happening… it’s like she noticed something is off, but she doesn’t care as long as the “main plot” is still going and then regrets it after it is too late. Also I hate that she is giving almost no attention to her other disciples. Kin has a hard time and fl even noticed that she doesn’t know much about her, but doesn’t care as long as child ml is happy. THEN ONLY TAKE ONE DISCIPLINE FFS, IF YOU CAN’T CARE ENOUGH ABOUT THE OTHERS. She basically half-asses everything that doesn’t have anything to do with child ml or could ruin the plot, even tho she herself ruined it from the beginning and also noticed that the story changed from the og plot a LONG TIME AGO.
Art is pretty tho.
So yeah it’s a good story if you don’t mind the grooming thing. Read it if you like it, just pls don’t try to justify it, cause these grooming things are just wrong in all ways.
