Jeez guys, if the only objection you have is that she’s taken care of him since a younger age and be his teacher, it’s not enough reason to hate him become the ML. I don’t really find it that gross because, they are not blood related, he has never seen her as a mother, she never said she would be anything besides his teacher and even when the age gap is big, she’s a quarter dragon, meaning she wont age like a regular human, which will give the perfect excuse to wait for the prince’s adulthood before their relationship can progress. I would be more gross if she would actually made him call her “mother” if she would have legally adopted him, but that never happened. Since the begining she told the Emperor she would take care of his education and that is it, nothing more, nothing less. She’s never crossed the line and if in the future, he falls in love with her, I wouldn’t be surprise. There are many real-life cases when admiration turns into romantic love and it’s perfectly alright as long as they don’t hurt anyone or infringe the law.
