I don’t think it’s a baby yet. In the novel they get pregnant two years after they have a conclusive heart to heart, which happens after Kael comes back. So, don’t worry, unless the artist decides to change it now.

The art is still gorgeous, but this whole “feeling guilty because of lying about having regressed”-arc only reduces the time and space for actual progress of events, of political intrigues (diplomacy) and what’s happening to Diana’s powers (and why), etc.
Next up will we get a “feeling guilty because of having lied about also being a transmigrator”-arc? And a “feeling guilty because of having transmigrated into the body of a grown-up woman and then robbing the original Hestia’s life”-arc?
