I am really on the fence of leaving this manhwa. I love that the fl is strong and can hold her own but it is honestly annoying how she acts with the ml, I know she is an otaku and idolises him and it was funny at the beginning but at this point it’s plain boring. The ml, understand he was hurt and depressed but he is supposedly back to normal but is still not saying his thoughts with fl and i am sick of him being so weak when he was supposedly so respected and competent before, we are slowly seeing that but it is going too slow for me. The crown prince, he is not a good person but i do sympathies with him and even like him at some points, i am over the over sensitive way the fl thinks everything hurts the ml. Honestly, the scenes between fl and crown prince are more interesting and have more actual chemistry as she isn’t acting as if she is seeing her idol. She idolises ml but I don’t see any actual love for him as an actual man, she sees him as a character not a person so it has made me feel lukewarm to their relationship
I can already tell Diana is gonna act all coy around Kael to impress him and then when the Envoys see the dinner and be impressed Diana for sure is gonna throw a fit at Hess and say “She’s trying to make me look bad!”
@peanuttbuttwr Hestia’s “premonition” or should I say the sequence of the novel, has stayed true for the most part so you can say that the events in the novel still happening kinda re-affirms her belief that things “in the novel” can and might still happen (a.k.a Kael’s affection for Diana that led to his death). So ig it’s natural for her to get anxious even with reassuring words from Kael.
I like Hestia a lot but why does she always have this fear when Diana and Kael are alone? I mean he’s repeatedly told her that his feelings are completely gone but its like Hess never listens to him. It’s always “but in the novel” instead of just listening to what he tell you! Why does she keep worrying about that…
