Just saying I’d use the ring for revenge but I wouldn’t want a ring meant for someone else, I’d return it after and recommend that it be sold so they he can forget. If the relationship between them progress get a new ring or get a show ring until then
Everyones talking about the ring but to me it seems like he doesn’t have any attachments to it anymore, which is a good thing. He doesn’t see the FL as a love interest yet, but he’s clearly opening up to her little by little. She asked for the ring, he gave it to her. I’m sure if he develops feelings for her in the future, he’ll get her something else.
I feel bad for Hestia, she feels happy to receive someone’s supposed-to-be-gift. It’s like a hand-me-down from the firl Cael is trying to move on to, and she’s happily receiving scraps. Tho, I cant blame Cael for not caring at all because Hestia was a stranger meddling in his affairs anyways.
