The antagonist is maybe Diana. Bc the story actually revolves more around Cael and Hestia. Them being there for each other. But her more for him.
Actually the crown prince does not turn into the antagonist he actually envy’s Cael’ wife Hestia bc hestia helps Cael and they are balanced while him and Diana. Diana does not work nor help Helios in anyway.
In the novel Helio and Cael are back at being friends. Bc Hestia said let go of the past and have new beginnings also she was pregnant with their son.
They were actually friends at first but Diana came between them.
In the end of the novel Diana and Helios get divorced and helio remarries
