The story is a bit typical, but I like the humor, since other authors would narrate these actually rather sad events about the poisoning and stuff up to the birthday party as some overly emotional bullying and suffering.
Too bad the male lead is that unlikeable cliché prince with black hair (once again)…
I wonder: does that long-haired “brother” already feel this “twisted love” for his “sister” who is actually not related by blood to him at all (which he seemingly doesn’t know), or is this just a thing that will happen in the future once she’s older? I hope he’ll find a nice partner for himself.
