@Datrk Elf KDS88 Facts. I’m 100% with you on that one. She could have wrote to him before she died explaining why she left and they have a daughter. But instead she lied not only hurting him but their daughter in the long run.
I don’t really blame the father. Sure he was an ass but did people forget he literally had his emotions sealed? Ofc you’re going to be cynical and cold. You have no emotions!!!! But right now I want him to put in some damn effort and apologize. He could have but our girl might have still rejected him. Who knows with the time skip.
Like I’ve said before, I would love to see the story focus on Diar and Jaina building a father daughter relationship finally and him making amends and not the bs romance they are going to throw our way with the prince. But this ain’t that type of story and the more I see the author push the romance the more unsatisfied I get. 😞
